The ASC Region 6 & 7 Annual Student Competition and Construction Management Conference will take place Wednesday, February 13th through Saturday, February 16th, 2008.

Conference Location
The 2008 ASC Regions 6 & 7 Annual Student Competition and Construction Management Conference will be held at the John Ascuaga's Nugget, Sparks, NV (www.janugget.com). The Reservation number is 1-800.648.1177. Special ASC group rates are available. When making reservations for hotel accommodations, please inform the JA Nugget staff that you are part of the ASC GROUP CODE: GASC-U for Universities and ASC GROUP CODE: GASC for Companies and other attendees.

Conference Participants & Cost
Students and Faculty
Students interested in Construction and Construction related fields are invited to attend, participate and/or compete. Participating students must be currently enrolled in an academic program of either an ASC Region 6 or 7 member school, or register as a non-member Conference entry.

General Audience
General audience attendees are invited to most Conference and Competition events free of charge. Please note those events involving food service will require the payment of a related fee and will require a ticket for admission.

Job Fair Participants
Industry Employers interested in hiring students, who wish to occupy a booth at the Job Fair are invited to register at a cost of $3000.00 per company or organization for the first booth. Additional booths are available at $2000 per booth. Due to the limited space, no more than seven (7) company personnel may occupy a single booth at one time. If additional personnel are needed, please purchase addtional booth space.

Companies or organizations, who are not involved with the hiring of CM students, and who wish to represent their company's products, may register for a Job Fair booth at a cost of $400.00.

ASC Student Helpers Needed For the 2008 ASC Regions 6 & 7 Annual Student Competition and Construction Management Conference!
A number of opportunities for students who are not part of a Student Competition Team are available for them to participate as assistants to the ASC directors. These students serve important support roles at the competition. They will be selected on a "first come" basis. Please have students who are interested in filling one of these positions at the Conference contact the Competition Coordinator, Lori Brown, immediately.
